Our food reflects the soul of Kerala – the aroma of coconut,

The most famous version, from North Kerala Flavor: mildly spiced, aromatic, slightly sweet from caramelized onions. Enriched with ghee, cashews, and raisins.
Very similar to Thalassery Biryani but often spicier. Commonly served at weddings and festive occasions. Traditionally paired with date pickle (a sweet-spicy chutney) and raita.
Influenced by Arab and European trade history. May include tomato or yogurt, giving it a slightly tangy flavor. Less heavy on fried onions and nuts.
From southern Kerala. Richer and spicier, with the unique use of coconut milk, which adds a creamy texture. Often more moist or saucy than the northern styles.
